What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a split-shift with morning and afternoon hours
- Guaranteed Hours: Secure a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Paid CDL Permit Training: We provide training at no cost to get you started
- Sign-on Bonus: Receive a $5,000 bonus if you are a fully licensed NY CDL driver with A, B, or C licenses with P & S endorsements
- Competitive Pay Rates: Start at $24.25/hour for School Bus Van Drivers and $28.50/hour for School Bus Drivers (must possess CDL A or B with P and S Endorsements)

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus or van to transport students to and from school on time.
- Monitor traffic, road conditions, and student behavior for a secure ride.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws, along with district standards.
- Conduct pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections and address any concerns.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Possess a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or a Class C with P & S endorsements for vans (or willingness to obtain through our free training).
- Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and comply with state and federal CDL guidelines.
- Non-CDL drivers must hold a valid driver's license and complete CDL permit training.
