We are currently hiring for our operations and offering Paid CDL Training to get you started. We also provide a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for fully licensed NY CDL drivers with appropriate endorsements.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible Schedule: Split-shift with morning and afternoon shifts
  • Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week
  • PAID CDL Permit Training
  • Starting Pay Rate: School Bus Van Drivers: $24.25/hour, School Bus Drivers: $28.50/hour (CDL A or B with P and S Endorsement Required)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a school bus or van to transport students to and from school.
  • Monitor traffic and student behavior to ensure a safe environment.
  • Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
  • Assist passengers during boarding and exiting when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • Possess a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements, or be willing to obtain it through our free training.
  • Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and adhere to CDL guidelines.
  • Non-CDL drivers must have a valid driver's license and complete CDL permit training.
