We are looking for skilled and passionate Automotive Technicians to work alongside our experienced manager and mechanics. Your role will involve diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and electrical components of vehicles, ensuring top-notch service for our clients. If you enjoy problem-solving and working with your hands, this position is for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to clients to understand their vehicle's history, potential issues, and desired services.
- Perform test drives, inspections, and diagnostic tests to identify problems and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct preventative maintenance such as oil changes, fluid flushes, and brake replacements to keep vehicles running smoothly.
- Repair body damage, as well as wash and paint vehicles to enhance their appearance.
- Create timelines and estimates for repairs while discussing options with clients transparently.
- Inspect internal systems and controls, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, their vehicles, parts used, and service history.
- Utilize shop equipment safely and perform regular maintenance and repairs.
- Engage in continuous learning to update your technical skills and job knowledge.
