Type: Full time
Salary Range: $23-$27/hour (DOE)
Location: Fargo, ND

Position Overview:

  • Perform wheel alignments using diagnostic and alignment equipment.
  • Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires and wheel assemblies.
  • Test, install, and replace batteries.
  • Inspect and replace TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) components as needed.
  • Assist customers in front office with quotes, scheduling, and billing information.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
  • Prior experience as a Alignment Technician is preferred
  • Strong understanding of tire service, vehicle alignment, and general automotive maintenance
  • Skilled in using various shop equipment and professional hand tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
