Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced press brake setup specialist to join a busy and fast-growing fabrication shop in the Saint Paul, MN area. This role is ideal for a highly skilled operator who can perform advanced setups, troubleshoot programs, support production flow, and contribute to training within the department.
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage:
- 1st shift: Up to $36/hr., depending on experience
- 2nd shift: Up to $38/hr., depending on experience
- 1st shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 am - 3:30 pm or 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
- 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 pm - 1:30 am

- Perform advanced press brake setups with accuracy and minimal assistance
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, including tolerances and print views
- Select proper tooling and material; install, align, and prepare tooling for production
- Create setup roadmaps and adjust machine functions as needed
- Troubleshoot process, program, and machine issues to maintain quality
- Complete first article inspections, in-process checks, and verify tolerances
- Support training, coaching, and guidance for junior operators
- Assist with planning, workflow, and preparation of jobs to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- 6+ years of press brake operation and setup experience
- Strong blueprint reading ability
- Knowledge of tooling, holders, stops, and machine functions
- Ability to calculate bend deductions and perform stretch-out math
- Experience completing first article inspections
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Reliable work history and strong attention to detail
