Twin City Staffing is hiring a skilled press brake setup operator for a busy, long-standing shop in Saint Paul. This first-shift role is ideal for an experienced setup operator (Class B or higher) who can handle complex setups and help train junior operators.

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Wage: $20 - $27/hr, depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 3:30 pm | Friday, 6:00 am - 10:00 am

Description of the Class B press brake operator:
  • Perform complex press brake setups independently
  • Select materials and follow or create setup sheets
  • Train and assist junior operators
  • Work with scheduling to meet deadlines
  • Troubleshoot and ensure first articles pass inspection
Requirements of the Class B press brake operator:
  • Class B or higher press brake setup experience (4-6 years is highly valuable)
  • Ability to read blueprints and work from prints
  • Knowledge of machine codes and functions
  • Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
