  • Greet every guest enthusiastically, sharing your energy and knowledge.
  • Communicate the OTF concept to interested individuals through engaging introductions.
  • Work at our front desk, managing phone inquiries and assisting members.
  • Conduct studio tours showcasing our facilities.
  • Collaborate with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Sell memberships, contributing to the overall success of the studio.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure their fitness journey starts right.
  • Address and resolve member concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to expand our community presence.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks to support studio operations.

Available Shifts (Weekend Availability Required):

  • Monday - Friday: 4:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Monday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
