As a Fitness Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and engaging with everyone who walks through our doors. Your energy, enthusiasm, and communication skills will help others discover the benefits of a fitness journey.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Greeting every visitor to our studio with warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept and conducting member introductions.
  • Managing front desk operations, including answering questions and connecting with members.
  • Guiding studio tours and showcasing our unique offerings.
  • Collaborating with trainers to support new members during their initial workout.
  • Promoting memberships to foster studio growth.
  • Following up with prospective clients to encourage enrollment.
  • Addressing member concerns professionally, aiming for successful resolutions.
  • Participating in marketing and community outreach events to spread our mission.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Performing any additional duties as required.

We're hiring for the following shifts and candidates must be available on weekends:

  • Monday-Friday: 4:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Monday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
