If you possess excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and through written communication, we want to hear from you

Here's an overview of what the role involves:

  • Welcoming every guest who enters the studio with enthusiasm and expertise
  • Introducing the Orangetheory concept to prospective members
  • Handling front desk responsibilities, including answering phone calls and engaging with members
  • Conducting studio tours
  • Collaborating with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Promoting and selling memberships to enhance the studio's growth
  • Following up with potential clients
  • Addressing member concerns professionally to achieve positive resolutions
  • Engaging in marketing and outreach efforts
  • Ensuring the studio is clean and organized
  • Completing additional responsibilities as assigned

We are hiring for the following shifts and weekend availability is required:

  • Monday-Friday 4:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Monday & Wednesday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
