We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive with Quality Management Representative (QMR) experience to join our team. The Quality Assurance Executive will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products and services by developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and systems. This role involves monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Handle customer requests related to REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), ensuring that products meet required chemical safety standards.
- Lead internal and external quality audits, and act as the primary point of contact for audits, inspections, and certification processes.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, operations) to identify areas for improvement in processes and quality control.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, root causes, and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform regular audits to assess compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Maintain and update documentation related to quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.
- Document quality assurance activities, such as inspections, tests, and audits, and prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and deliver training to staff on quality standards, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality assurance protocols in all operations.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and emerging quality assurance techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience as a Quality Management Representative (QMR).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management standards.
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- QMR Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in managing quality management systems (QMS), conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to product and process quality.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying the root causes of quality issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Able to identify small discrepancies or issues in complex processes and ensure they are addressed.
- Communication: Able to clearly document quality issues and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Capable of managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
