ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Troy Peterson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Position Details:
  • Full-time, in-person role
  • Base pay is based on experience and ranges from $40k - $60k per year
  • Bonuses, commissions, and performance incentives for a potential total pay of $50k-$70k per year
  • Vacation and holiday pay
  • Health insurance pay included
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • No insurance experience required, but increased pay available based on experience and licensing.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
