Your Responsibilities
- Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from the initial consultation to final placement.
- Serve as a Client Partner, thoroughly understanding their recruitment challenges, cultural dynamics, and hiring needs.
- Strategically Source talent leveraging our proprietary CRM/ATS, along with your extensive network and innovative communication tools.
- Utilize Our Platform to streamline candidate management, monitor outreach efforts, automate follow-up communications, and maintain organized records.
- Prioritize Permanent Placements to foster lasting value for our clients while maximizing your commission earnings.
- Drive Thought Leadership initiatives as we uplift our brand - and yours.
