Your Role

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead Full-Cycle Placements from inception to successful closure.
  • Partner with Clients, prioritizing their unique hiring needs and understanding their organizational culture.
  • Proactively Source Candidates using our advanced CRM/ATS along with your own network and creative tools.
  • Optimize Our Platform to streamline candidate management, organize outreach, and automate your follow-up processes.
  • Focus on Long-Term Permanent Placements that benefit our clients and enhance your earning potential.
  • Engage in Thought Leadership that not only builds our brand but also enhances yours.

Your Ideal Profile
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in agency recruitment or consultative sales.
  • A solid understanding of healthcare is preferred, though we are enthusiastic about coaching willing learners.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record in closing offers.
  • Competence in navigating ATS/CRM systems (training on ours will be provided).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset keen on building long-lasting structures.
