We are on the lookout for seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to join us as Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultants. Your Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment from the initial intake to successful placement.
- Forge Client Partnerships by deeply understanding their needs, cultural fit, and challenges.
- Strategically Source Candidates using our exclusive CRM/ATS alongside your professional network and tools.
- Utilize Our Tech Platform to manage candidate interactions, organize outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain order.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver consistent value for our clients while maximizing your commissions.
- Enhance Thought Leadership as we advance our brand and yours in the industry.
