Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver front line support across a variety of business-critical applications and systems. This role involves investigating and resolving daily technical issues, assisting users with software and system inquiries, and ensuring essential tools operate smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and committed to providing a high standard of technical service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for user issues related to software, hardware, and business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and system-related problems efficiently.
  • Record incidents, track resolutions, and contribute updates to internal knowledge resources.
  • Maintain open communication with end users, providing timely updates and guidance.
  • Follow established procedures to maintain system reliability, protect sensitive data, and support overall IT best practices.
Key Skills
  • Fundamental proficiency with O365 and Windows 11 (software and hardware troubleshooting).
  • Background providing first-level technical or application support.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to accurately identify root causes of issues.
  • Clear and approachable communication style, especially when explaining technical details to non-technical users.
  • A customer-focused attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to expand your knowledge of new tools, systems, and technologies.
