Responsibilities:
The Team Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in guiding and mentoring team members during their shifts to uphold our operational brand standards while providing an exceptional and friendly experience for guests. This position involves goal-setting, delegation of tasks, and motivating team members through recognition of achievements and timely constructive feedback.

  • Foster a respectful team environment
  • Communicate clear shift priorities, goals, and results with team members
  • Assist in the training of team members as necessary
  • Offer coaching and constructive feedback to team members
Operational Excellence
  • Promote a guest-first culture within the restaurant
  • Address and resolve guest issues or conflicts efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, recipes, and operational systems by all team members
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by adhering to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state regulations
Profitability
  • Drive sales goals and track results
  • Implement restaurant standards and marketing initiatives effectively
  • Guarantee all products are prepared according to brand specifications

  • Surpass guest expectations, needs, and requirements
  • Cultivate and maintain positive guest relationships
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency in guest interactions
  • Explore ways to enhance guest satisfaction; actively seek feedback and follow up
