- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Oversee proper documentation, medication administration, and adherence to resident care plans
- Provide direct care when needed and respond to medical emergencies promptly
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor staff compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment through mentorship and leadership
- Participate in staff evaluations, training, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
- Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) or Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) license in the state of New Jersey
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Solid clinical judgment and the ability to prioritize under pressure
- A proactive, resident-focused mindset and a team-first attitude
