Job Description
Job Title: Ultrasound Tech - General
Profession: Radiology / Cardiology
Specialty: Ultrasound Tech - General

Shift: Day 4x10-Hour
Hours per Shift: 10 hours
Experience: Four years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech
License: Active Sonography license required
Certifications: BLS required
Must-Have: Registration with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography in Abdomen and OB/GYN
Description:
Variable start times between 0700 and 1130.
Shifts alternate between 10-hour schedules from 11:30 to 22:00 and 07:00 to 18:30.
A bachelor's degree in Sonography is preferred.
Must be capable of operating state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment and computer systems.
Must possess interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively in a team environment.
Demonstrated empathy and compassion for patients, families, visitors, and co-workers is essential.
Experience in various ultrasound procedures and techniques is required.
Candidates must have experience with Epic charting systems.
Travel experience is required.
