Introduction

We are seeking talented Tech Sourcers to join our team and support our senior recruiting efforts. This role will work closely with leadership to identify and attract top-tier talent across strategic functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Proven experience in sourcing senior or executive-level talent
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence at senior levels
  • Expertise with sourcing tools, platforms, and best practices
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as Workday and Eightfold
  • Previous experience working with or recruiting/sourcing for big tech companies or financial clients
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in data-driven approaches to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Ability to manage and track candidate progress to ensure a smooth hiring process
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead advanced sourcing strategies to build pipelines for senior and executive-level roles
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs and deliver high-impact candidates
