Sourcer/Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:
Proactively sourcing and managing candidates for the Commercial Banking team. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing bank's talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates and collaborating with team members to advance candidates in the recruiting process.
Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, organization leads and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion
Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and sourcing results to leadership and HR partners
Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
t least 1 year of experience sourcing candidates

Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience sourcing Product and/or Business Analyst candidates
2+ years experience recruiting for tech focused companies
2+ years experience of using Workday in a recruiting function
bility to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
bility to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
