Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the marketProvide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managersAdvise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talentDevelop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, Consult with hiring managers on their talent needsStrategically identify, engage, and maintain a robust, "always-on" pipeline of exceptional, high-demand technical talent.Employ cutting-edge, multi-channel sourcing strategies, extending beyond traditional applications to encompass expert utilization of Boolean search, professional networks, proprietary talent databases, and industry events to penetrate passive candidate markets.Ensure an exceptional and personalized initial experience for prospective candidates, setting the standard for our world-class hiring process.Act as an internal consultant to recruiting partners and hiring leaders, providing expert insights on competitive talent landscapes, compensation trends, and innovative sourcing methodologies.Design, implement, and iterate on targeted, data-driven pipeline generation strategies (., specialized talent campaigns, eightfold engagement, referral acceleration) to proactively address critical hiring needs.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 2 years of experience in recruiting OR 2 years of experience in Human Resources OR 2 years of client consulting experience, OR a combination of the threePreferred QualificationsBachelor's DegreeProfessional Human Resources (PHR) certificationAt least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcingAt least 1+ year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teamsAbility to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environmentAbility to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talentExperience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiringThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Senior RecruiterRichmond, VA: $86,000 - $98,200 for Senior RecruiterCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
