Your Responsibilities:
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods and introduce our pest control solutions
- Educate customers on services and answer common questions
- Close sales or generate qualified leads for the service team
- Track your results and take ownership of your territory
- Represent Prime with professionalism and honesty
- Must be motivated by commission-based earnings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
- Goal-driven, independent, and resilient
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Commission-based pay with no income cap
- $1 per door incentive during onboarding (ramp-up bonus)
- Freedom to set your own schedule and work style
