Job Title: Entry-Level Field Sales Representative (Independent Contractor)
Location: Beaverton, OR & Surrounding Areas

About the Opportunity:
Are you a people-person looking for uncapped earning potential? At Prime Pest Solutions, we're hiring outgoing individuals to introduce homeowners to our pest protection services. This is a 1099 independent contractor role - you're in control of your hours, activity, and results.

Compensation & Incentives:
  • 100% commission-based - no income ceiling
  • Performance-based bonus: $1 per door talked to during your first few weeks (onboarding support)

What You'll Do:
  • Canvass neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners
  • Introduce pest control services, pricing, and seasonal offers
  • Track your activity and manage your own results
  • Build a customer pipeline while working outdoors
What You Need:
  • Outgoing, coachable personality
  • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work commission-only as an independent contractor
