What You'll Do:
- Provide professional pest control services to residential customers (ants, spiders, rodents, wasps, etc.)
- Inspect properties and design treatment plans
- Use our mobile system for route logging and customer communication
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and materials
- Educate homeowners on prevention techniques and long-term solutions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and outdoors in all seasons
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record
- Pest control experience a plus, but we train from scratch
- $21-$25/hr base + bonus opportunities
- Paid training + Oregon pest control licensing covered
