Job Summary
The Senior Facilities Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of facilities operations across our global locations, ensuring that each environment is safe, efficient, and aligns with the company's brand and mission. This role involves strategic planning and daily management of facilities services, acting as a primary point of contact for facilities-related issues, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with various teams to maintain an optimal workplace experience. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on leadership skills and extensive expertise in facilities management along with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of facilities support, encompassing strategy, execution, and operations.

Act as the main point of contact for facilities emergencies and provide year-round emergency support as necessary.

Drive the implementation and communication of the facilities strategic plan.

Collaborate across teams such as Office Managers, Site Leaders, HR, and Finance to support various initiatives and ensure alignment.

Manage work order systems and maintenance requests using a centralized CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Conduct site assessments to verify that properties meet company expectations and brand standards.

Source, contract, and evaluate vendors and service providers while managing procurement and contract execution.

Prepare and review Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Scopes of Work (SOWs), and contractor bids for different projects.

Oversee asset procurement, repair, and installation, ensuring all equipment is effectively maintained.

Conduct quality inspections and assess vendor performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Track performance indicators such as work orders, maintenance costs, and labor rates to ensure value and compliance.

Work with leadership on capital planning and project execution, including budgeting and implementation.

Manage office buildouts, expansions, and renovations, including budgeting and vendor management.

Oversee executive office space to ensure it meets premium standards and aligns with company branding.

Partner with Corporate Real Estate on lease management and negotiations with property managers.

Ensure consistent facilities standards and operational excellence across all global offices.

Handle management of high-end corporate office environments.

Facilitate M&A integration.

Adhere to compliance and HIPAA standards regarding sensitive information.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

10+ years of global facilities management experience, ideally in a high-growth or technology-focused environment.

Strong understanding of general contracting and maintenance operations.

Experience with vendor management systems and CMMS platforms.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Able to travel up to 50%.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.

Experience in facilities project management.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with executive leadership.

Experience supporting geographically diverse offices worldwide.

Experience in negotiating with vendors and landlords.

Background in corporate workplace operations or office design/optimization.

Experience in office openings from inception.
Preferred Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Experience in a healthcare technology firm.
