  • Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm -- 40-hour work week
  • 20 - 25 patients per day in clinic
  • Family practice outpatient clinic setting
  • Spanish language skills required
  • Experience with underserved populations preferred
  • Patient population ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics
  • Manages chronic disease and complex patients with multiple comorbidities
  • 4-week ramp-up period to full patient load
