SUMMARY:
This at-will position is responsible for being a vital point of connection between our residents and our community operations. You'll ensure residents feel supported, valued, and informed by providing exceptional customer service, coordinating resident activities, and helping maintain a positive living experience across the property. This individual will work directly with the office staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all residents
  • Works collaboratively with office team members
  • Assisting with retention including coordinating and participating in resident events
  • Maintains inventory, stock of supplies, and brochures for the community.
  • Checks packages in and out for residents in a timely manner.
  • Conducts apartment walk through prior to check in to ensure that it is ready and up to standards
  • Provides outstanding customer service to all guests/residents
  • Assists residents in proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up
  • Knows all essential aspects of our community operations
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Assists with other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • At least 2+ years in Residential Leasing/Sales with proven track record in Property Management.
  • Excellent sales, customer service and public relations skills.
  • Ability to drive others toward maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Must be able to relate to people and have a sales aptitude.
  • Must have a professional manner and positive attitude.
  • Must be articulate in sales manners and customer service satisfaction.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Benefits and Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - 22.00 depending on experience

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.

EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma required

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 45 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity of environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, etc and walking up to 5 miles for the entire shift.
