Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment from intake to placement.
- Engage as a True Client Partner, gaining insights into their unique hiring requirements, challenges, and corporate culture.
- Implement Strategic Sourcing through our unique platform while leveraging your personal network and advanced communication tools.
- Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform for managing candidates, tracking engagement, automating follow-ups, and maintaining organized workflows.
- Emphasize Permanent Placements that yield enduring value for our clients while maximizing your earnings.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership initiatives as we enhance our market presence.

- 2-3+ years in agency recruitment or sales within the healthcare domain.

- Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (we provide training on our systems).
