You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes while forging meaningful partnerships with our clients. Given our industry-leading commission structure, your efforts will directly correlate with your success, creating rewarding outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct Full-Cycle Recruiting, managing the entire process from intake to placement.
  • Act as a Strategic Partner for clients by recognizing their hiring needs and cultural fit.
  • Employ Strategic Sourcing via our innovative CRM/ATS and your personal network, utilizing state-of-the-art communication tools.
  • Utilize Our Integrated Platform to streamline candidate management, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver sustained value for clients while realizing significant commissions.
  • Contribute to Our Collective Expertise, further enhancing both our brand and yours through thought leadership.

  • Comfort in navigating ATS/CRM systems (training on our platform will be provided).
