The Role

We're hiring a GTM Recruiter to build top-tier Sales and Customer Success pipelines during a period of rapid enterprise expansion. You'll work closely with executive leadership to define role profiles, own end-to-end hiring for revenue-generating teams, and elevate the level of commercial talent joining Valence.

What You'll Do

• • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM operations roles.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to shape hiring strategy and create precise, high-signal evaluation processes.
  • Source and engage candidates who understand enterprise AI, complex solution selling, and global customer workflows.
  • Manage a rigorous, data-driven approach to pipeline health, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Ensure every candidate has a clear, selective, high-touch experience aligned with Valence's bar for excellence.

What We're Looking For

• • 4+ years of recruiting experience, with significant exposure to Sales and/or Customer Success hiring in fast-growing organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire senior ICs and managers for revenue-generating teams.
  • Strong sourcing capability and comfort navigating competitive GTM talent markets.
  • Ability to partner directly with leadership and influence hiring decisions with clarity and data.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient. Highly motivated and self-driven, with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Willingness to embrace challenges, experiment and continuously learn through high-quality feedback and new workstreams.
  • Clear motivations for wanting to join an early-stage team.

Location and Work Environment

This role is 3 days a week (Tues - Thursday) minimum in office in Union Square. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK), and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
