We invite seasoned recruiters with an entrepreneurial spark to join us as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. Your Responsibilities

- Utilize Our Platform to track candidates, coordinate communications, and streamline your workflow.
- Focus on Long-Term Permanent Placements delivering enduring value for clients while maximizing your commissions.
- Engage in Thought Leadership initiatives that amplify the recognition of both our brand and yours.

- Access to a Unified Tech Platform: A streamlined interface combining CRM, ATS, and marketing tools-no more juggling multiple applications or losing track of vital communications

- 2-3+ years in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
- Solid grasp of the healthcare landscape or a willingness to learn since we provide coaching.
- Excellent at cultivating client relationships and finalizing offers.
- Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided).
- An entrepreneurial spirit, driven to build something significant.
