Your Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial intake to successful close.
- Act as Strategic Client Partner, gaining insights into their hiring requirements, challenges, and workplace culture.
- Utilize Comprehensive Sourcing Techniques leveraging our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your personal network and tools.
- Maximize Our Platform to efficiently handle candidates, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Long-Term Permanent Placements that foster lasting value for clients and substantial commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as we elevate our brand - and yours.
