The Opportunity
As an Account Executive at Bellwether Technology, you will manage the full sales cycle, building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers at small to mid-sized businesses across diverse industries. You'll identify opportunities, craft tailored technology solutions, and position Bellwether as a trusted IT partner that helps clients grow with confidence.
Your Daily Impact
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Attend local business and industry events to expand Bellwether's presence and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design proposals and service packages that align with client needs.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and contract execution.
- Maintain detailed CRM records for leads, opportunities, and pipeline forecasting.
- Serve as a reliable, knowledgeable resource for clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Achieve and exceed activity and revenue goals, including calls, meetings, and closed deals.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients who view you as their go-to IT advisor.
- Maintain an active and accurate pipeline to support forecasting and team planning.
The ideal candidate is a motivated B2B sales professional with experience managing full-cycle sales, preferably within IT services, SaaS, or Managed Services. You should be comfortable translating technical solutions into clear business value and thrive in a consultative, relationship-driven environment. You're proactive, adaptable, and motivated by delivering real results for clients.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of B2B sales experience (IT, SaaS, or Managed Services preferred).
- Demonstrated success managing a sales pipeline and meeting revenue goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to business leaders.
- Ability to understand and articulate the business value of technology solutions.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for client meetings as needed.
- Familiarity with IT solutions such as cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure support.
- Experience developing proposals or responding to RFPs.
- Knowledge of the New Orleans business landscape or regional market familiarity.
- Coursework or certifications in consultative or solution-based selling.
- Knowledge of law firm settings

Additional Information
This position may involve lifting equipment up to 25 lbs., prolonged periods of sitting or standing, and travel to client sites.
