Customer Relations Associate

Salary : $50000 - $55000
- Report to Customer Relations Manager
- Interface with customers and vendors
- Work closely with production, shipping/receiving, and estimating team
- Take over key client accounts over time
- Learn industry landscape to best address customer needs
- Clerical duties
- Schedule- ongoing, daily-Spreadsheet and TrackVia
- Processing customer PO - ongoing, daily
- Customer updates-semiannual, weekly, monthly as needed
- Vendor updates-semiannual, weekly, monthly as needed
- Government Solicitations- as needed
- Cyber Security- ongoing as needed
- TrackVia - daily, ongoing
- Ongoing process for setting up TrackVia
- Entering information for POs as
- Gather info from staff to see what is needed to proceed with the system
Job Requirements:
- Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize duties and work with minimal supervisor
- Willingness to learn the company's products and processes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
The Salary Range is $50,000 - $55,000.
