Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Maximo System Analyst to join Construction's CworX (Maximo) technical support team. This is projected to be a 6 contract opportunity on a remote basis. There will be evaluations for extensions of this contract at the end of the initial 6 months.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing user requests for assistance in CworX Maximo. This includes supporting key Maximo system applications, including the Work Order App, Invoice App, and Permit App. You will manage administrative functions such as grouping security settings for audit purposes and leveraging Workflow Designer to optimize processes. Additionally, you will develop communication templates within Maximo and serve as a liaison between technical teams and construction groups, providing training and support to end users. This position requires collaboration across the following divisions and teams: Construction Public Improvement, Construction Management Electric, Construction Management Gas, Central Construction, Construction Business Services, and Gas Operations.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in an IT related field
- 6-10 YOE in Maximo in an enterprise environment – specifically in Maz 8 (Maximo Application Suite 8.0)
- Strong familiarity working with the following applications in Maximo: Work Order, Invoice, Permit
- Data analytics experience
- Strong proficiency in security grouping and compliance
- Great communication and cross-collaboration skills - SQL experience
- Construction/utility experience
