I am representing a premier high-end residential remodeling firm who is looing to expand.

As a recruiter, I speak with construction leaders across the country every single day... and every now and then, I partner with a firm that operates on another level.

I’m working with a confidential luxury residential remodeling contractor known for immaculate detail, architect-driven design, and a culture of true craftsmanship - and they are hiring an experienced Residential Superintendent to join their elite team.

Position: Residential Superintendent

(Yes - a true Residential Superintendent, not a glorified coordinator.)

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes high-end residential renovations and knows how to manage complex remodels with precision.

What a Residential Superintendent Does Here

As the Residential Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing daily on-site operations for high-end residential remodeling projects
  • Managing subcontractors and trades with accountability and professionalism
  • Ensuring top-tier craftsmanship, aligned with architect and designer specifications
  • Maintaining schedules, sequencing work, and coordinating project milestones
  • Conducting quality-control inspections to ensure flawless finishes
  • Enforcing jobsite safety and clean, organized work environments
  • Coordinating with Project Managers and clients to maintain transparency and satisfaction
  • Reading and interpreting plans, specs, and finish schedules with expert-level detail
  • Proactively solving field issues, preventing delays before they happen
  • Representing the brand with integrity and white-glove client interaction
