Construction Lead Superintendent

- You have experience with production builders and are skilled in managing subcontractors to include framing and masonry.
- You’re ready to tackle upcoming projects after this one, including a new project with the same client launching in 2025.
- You excel at coordinating site operations, from site prep to final inspections, ensuring quality standards and safety compliance throughout.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Proven experience managing large-scale residential projects (single-family, duplex, or similar developments) with production-home builders.
- Proven experience with masonry and framing subcontractors for high-volume developments.
- Strong focus on quality assurance, timeline management, and maintaining site safety.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work closely with the Project Manager and provide consistent progress updates.
