Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in managing ground-up luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Procore and will oversee day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities for custom luxury homes from groundbreaking to final walkthrough
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal project teams
- Enforce safety standards and site cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines
- Maintain detailed and accurate project records through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specs, and quality standards
- Schedule and lead subcontractor meetings; coordinate inspections with local building departments
- Monitor project timelines and costs; identify potential delays or budget overruns early
- Work closely with the Project Manager to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery
- Represent the company professionally with clients, vendors, and neighbors
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on luxury single-family or estate residential projects
- Procore proficiency is a must - daily logs, drawing management, submittals, RFIs, and scheduling
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and subcontractors efficiently under tight timelines
- Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Local market experience in Palm Beach or Broward County
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience with additional construction software (Buildertrend, MS Project, Bluebeam)
