Key Responsibilities

  • Align business strategy with objectives to identify resource needs for complex AWS training initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the T&C learning content model and taxonomy standards, driving innovation in tools and governance for content creation.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms that enhance scalability, including automation, crowdsourcing, and AI content generation.
  • Curate existing AWS content to define scalable learning products.
  • Create innovative self-paced digital learning offerings tailored to learner needs.
  • Manage a product roadmap that enriches the T&C learning experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address use cases and learning challenges.
  • Conduct market analysis and usability studies for new innovation opportunities.
  • Set and review metrics to identify opportunities for success.
  • Work with development teams to enhance customer experiences.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years in customer-facing product development and management.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing learning products or services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a technical field or equivalent experience with engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of UX/CX design principles.
  • Experience in problem-solving and innovation across customer organizations.
  • Proven track record of owning program strategy and communicating results.
  • Experience in Learning & Development or training roles.
  • Effective communicator with users and technical teams for requirements gathering.

This position offers competitive compensation based on the cost of labor in various U.S. geographic markets, ranging from $92,400 to $206,700 annually. Pay will vary based on factors such as location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon’s total compensation package includes equity, sign-on bonuses, and a range of comprehensive benefits.
