Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Berkely, MO.
Position Responsibilities - Experienced Level 3
- Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.
- Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
- Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.
- Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.
- Supports the development and implementation of strategies.
- Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
- Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
- Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.
- Develops risk mitigation plan
- Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators. Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements.
- Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.
- Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities.
- Leads cross-functional process management activities.
- Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action. Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs.
This position is for 1st shift.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience in supplier management or supply chain management
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experienced Level 3.
Associate Level (3): More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Senior Level 4:
Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required..
Relocation:

Travel:
Position may require travel up to 40% of the time.

Summary pay range for
Senior Level 3: $85,000-$105,000
Experienced Level 4 $108,800-$134,400
