Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a Business Analyst - Sales Support to join the Sales team.Summary:We are seeking a Sales Support Analyst who has a passion for making a difference in the Natural Gas and Retail Energy market. The ideal candidate will be expected to support direct and/or indirect sales activities for most deregulated markets. Responsibilities and processes the candidate would be involved in include custom pricing requests, processing commercial sales agreements, and prospect and account setup, amongst others. As we continue to grow, we need high caliber, experienced individuals, with a winning attitude.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit
  • Directly support our Sales team for processing commercial agreements
  • Acting as liaison between our Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners and Customers, including: analyze inbound requests for proposals, account set up, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverable are met timely and accurately
  • Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments
  • Increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility
  • Provide frequent and consistent communication to Leadership on deliverables and status updates
Skills
  • High School diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2 years of experience
Preferred:
  • Effective written communications
  • Effective verbal communications
  • Financial Analysis experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
