The Opportunity

The Senior Business Analyst is a member of the Client Delivery team and part of the Client Services organization, which is comprised of the Sales, Client Delivery, and Relationship Management teams. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for special projects, managing new product and solution implementations as well as converting and implementing new clients onto the ampliFI Loyalty Solutions platform.

This individual acts as a Client Delivery analyst, escalation point and technical collaborator for the entire organization to ensure all are receiving the necessary information to complete project tasks and provide ongoing client support. Responsible for coordinating project meetings and creating and managing associated project plans while providing a high level of internal and external customer service.

How You Will Contribute

  • Manage enterprise and assigned special projects as well as client implementation and migration projects
  • Proactive and regular outreach throughout the project phases, managing to a project plan and meeting required deadlines
  • Monitor department's project delivery to identify areas for improvement and development of actions plans, training and process documentation
  • Manage, analyze and assign incoming projects and tickets and act as department liaison
  • Participate in discovery, requirements, solutioning and scheduling of department's projects
  • Act as escalation point for client and enterprise projects

Preferred Experience
  • Business Analysis experience, preferable within financial services
  • Card payments and / or issuing experience
  • Jira/Confluence experience
  • Salesforce/CRM experience
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5 years project management, preferable within payments
  • Minimum 3 years leading or managing corporate initiatives
  • Minimum 1 year loyalty/rewards
Work Environment

This job operates in a work from home environment, unless located in the Chicago area. You must reside in one of the following states to be considered for this position:

Location ampliFI's corporate office is located in Naperville, IL. This role is available for remote work. In order to be considered for a remote role at ampliFI Loyalty Solutions, primary residence must be in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI.

The compensation range listed below represents the potential salary for this role at the time of posting. However, the final salary may be higher or lower than the stated range, and this range may be adjusted in the future. An employee's placement within the salary range will depend on various factors, including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the needs of the business or organization. The salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000.
