Position Summary

The Trauma Women's RN Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care to obstetrical trauma patients. This position requires availability for trauma activations and a commitment to following patients throughout their hospital journey, from the Trauma Resuscitation bay to the ICU. Collaborating closely with the Director of Trauma Services and other key personnel, you will help identify areas for improvement and work diligently to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support to be achieved within 30 days post-hire.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation certification is required within 90 days.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course completion is necessary within the first 90 days.
  • Valid RN License expected within 90 days.
  • Associate Degree or higher is required.
