Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput and quality care.
- Engage in ongoing assessment of patient care quality in collaboration with management.
- Promote teamwork and service improvements among staff.
- Embrace a patient-first approach and participate in service recovery.
- Implement nursing strategies to enhance staff engagement and performance.
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff for continuous improvement.
- Manage staff schedules based on patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
- Help maintain inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.
Qualifications Required:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Current RN (Registered Nurse) license.
- Completion of a Registered Nurse Diploma program.
