The salary range for this position is $34.65 - $35.69 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform necessary treatments and procedures, while documenting care as per policy and regulatory standards.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess and manage patients' conditions.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and their responses to care.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment for informed patient care management decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries.
- Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to formulate comprehensive Plans of Care for every patient.
- Guide and direct ancillary staff while maintaining professional nursing standards.
