Job Description Job Description Job Title: Executive Administrative Coordinator Location: Nashville, TN (downtown) Direct Hire/Full time Summary: The Executive Administrative Coordinator serves as the professional face of the firm, managing high-level front desk operations and supporting senior leadership. This role requires discretion, poise, and strong administrative capabilities to ensure seamless client interactions and executive support.
