Senior Product Manager, User Growth - Affiliate & KOL

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to take charge of and expand our Affiliate and KOL marketing channels, with a focus on driving user acquisition and transaction volume. Your expertise will be pivotal in establishing our presence in the market and optimizing growth strategies. If you have a solid track record of achieving GMV growth at a leading crypto exchange or a high-speed web2 platform, we want to hear from you

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Channel Strategy & Execution: Create and implement a comprehensive strategy for our Affiliate and KOL programs, aimed at maximizing GMV and achieving ROI targets.
  • Partner Acquisition & Management: Utilize your network to recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse range of partners, from major affiliate networks to niche KOLs and content creators.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track daily performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, Conversion Funnel) and leverage data to refine campaign performance and budget allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and data teams to ensure accurate user activation tracking. Work alongside content and design teams to provide partners with effective marketing assets.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of new affiliate platforms, emerging KOLs, and growth strategies within the relevant landscapes.

What We Look For In You:

  • 3+ years of growth marketing experience, particularly managing Affiliate and/or KOL channels.
  • Experience in a prominent cryptocurrency exchange or high-growth e-commerce platform.
  • Proven ability to drive user growth and a tangible network of Affiliate/KOL contacts.
  • A results-oriented approach with a history of meeting and exceeding GMV, ROI, or sales targets.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience with both Web2 and Web3 growth strategies.
  • A personal passion and deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools and data analysis platforms, such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Impact.

OKX Statement

The salary range for this position is $223,661.00 to $268,333.00, based on various factors such as experience and skill level. Along with salary, performance bonuses and long-term incentives may be available as part of the overall package.
