Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $26.10 to $39.15 per hour based on your skills and experience.

Location: Aurora St Luke's Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Sign-On Bonuses: Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with distance-based relocation available and an additional $2,000 bonus for PM shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surgical materials and maintain a sterile environment.
  • Assist with surgical procedures and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
  • Ensure equipment is set up and functioning properly.
  • Transport patients and assist with positioning.
  • Provide excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association.
  • No prior experience is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull with 30 lbs. of force.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
  • Required to stand, walk, bend, and reach frequently during shifts.
