Job Description
  • Supporting multiple attorneys on commercial real estate lending matters
  • Managing the full lifecycle of lending transactions, from engagement through post-closing
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial loan documents (construction, refinance, asset-based lending, etc.)
  • Assisting with transactions tied to acquisitions, dispositions, and leases
  • Coordinating and reviewing due diligence materials (entity documents, title, surveys, closing deliverables)
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed checklists and tracking closing items
  • Reviewing and summarizing complex contracts and lease provisions
  • Communicating with clients, lenders, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors to keep deals moving
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a commercial real estate or lending-focused paralegal role
  • Law firm experience strongly preferred, particularly supporting lender-side transactions
  • Strong drafting, diligence, and closing experience on commercial matters
  • Ability to independently manage multiple deals at once without heavy oversight
  • Comfortable troubleshooting issues and keeping transactions on track
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Professional presence, collaborative mindset, and confidence interacting with all parties involved in a transaction

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
