Your Role:

As an RN Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and enhance the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining smooth facility operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adherence to all nursing standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor nursing staff to guarantee top-notch care for residents.
  • Manage daily operations, including staffing allocations and resource management.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and audits to uphold quality benchmarks.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations.

What You Will Bring:

To succeed as a Nursing Supervisor, you will need:

  • A valid nursing license for the state
  • Preferably an advanced degree or relevant certification
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a Long-Term Care environment
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • A keen interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • The capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting
